Q: How many items can I bring in at a time?
A:
In order to serve each consignor there is a 15 item limit per person, per day.

Q: Do I need an appointment?
A:
An appointment is NOT necessary if you are bringing in 15 items or less. If you have more than 15 items, please call us to setup an appointment. (100 max)

Q: How long is my consignment period?
A: The consignment period is 45 days.

Q: How do I check my account?
A: Please call us or stop in during store hours to check your account. Account balances will not be provided over social media. You will not be notified when items sell.

Q: How do I retrieve the money that I have made on consignment?
A: Come in to cash out your account or use it in store.

Q: What percentage of the sale do I get?
A: Consignors make 50% of each item’s selling price.
